9 Cups Chex
1 C. Semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 C. Peanut butter
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1: Measure Chex into large bowl, set aside
2: Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter for 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
3: Pour into 2-gallon food storage plastic bag.
4: Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

mmm, i made these again yesterday and they were soo good again!
I made these the other day for preschool. I couldn't get the kids away from them!
